I wish to ensure that clients fully understand what to expect from their coaching session. It is also important that clients understand the terms and conditions of their coaching contract. Therefore the following information will be given to you prior to your first coaching session:

Your initial consultation will include a discussion of what you can expect from the coaching sessions. You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions that you have. In this session you also clarify the goals and expected duration of your coaching journey.
To help your coach (Robyn Frank) to offer the best possible service, you will be asked to fill out a client information sheet prior to your first session. It is your responsibility to fill this out accurately. Your coach (Robyn Frank) relies on the accuracy of this information to offer appropriate coaching services to you. Robyn Frank disclaims all responsibility for any damages arising out of incorrect information provided by yourself.
Your coach (Robyn Frank) will always be honest regarding her qualifications and level of coaching skills. Robyn Frank will offer to refer you to another professional if she is not qualified to offer the services that you require. No payments are accepted or offered for referrals.
You will be fully informed prior to commencing coaching of the cost and duration of each coaching session. You will also be informed of the expected number of sessions required to fulfil your coaching goals.
Your coach (Robyn Frank) will inform you if she believes you no longer require coaching services.
All client information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
Client information will only be disclosed to third parties with your written consent or if Robyn Frabnk is legally required to do so. Copies of your life coaching client records are available on request.
