Essence of Life Coaching: Providing a quality service
Robyn Frank T/AS Essence of Life Coaching offers clients an ethical coaching service.
Before your first coaching session:
The following information will be given to you prior to your first session to help you to understand what you can expect from coaching:
- A client information sheet and a coaching agreement.
- Essence of Life Coaching: Providing a quality service.
Your first coaching session:
The initial coaching session will include a discussion of what you can expect from coaching. We will also discuss how long you would like to receive coaching. and how long it is likely to take for you to achieve your coaching goals. You will also be given the opportunity to ask me questions about my service.
In each coaching session I will ask you questions to help you to clarify your goals. We will also brainstorm different options and opportunities that may help you to reach your objectives. Next you will decide on what actions that you will take to help you to achieve your goal. Finally I will support you to create an action plan for you to complete after the coaching session.
Keeping you informed:
I will fully inform you of the cost and duration of each session or coaching package in your first coaching session. In addition I will let you know when I believe that you no longer require coaching services.
I will always be honest regarding my qualifications and level of coaching skills. If appropriate I will offer to refer you to a suitable person or service if I am not qualified to offer the services that you require. No payments are accepted or offered for referrals.
