About Robyn
In my career I have worked in natural therapies, life coaching and training. I opened Essence of Life Coaching in Melbourne in 2005.
Since that time I have coached a variety of people from lots of different types of industries. In particular I have coached people who work in health care.
For over 20 years I have worked in the health and wellbeing industry. As a result I specialise in wellness coaching for stress management. In addition I also offer career coaching and business coaching for the natural therapy industry.
It is a joy to help people to make simple changes to achieve their goals.
