Robyn Frank T/AS Essence of Life Coaching endeavours to offer clients a professional and ethical service.
I wish to ensure that clients fully understand what to expect from their coaching session and the terms and conditions of their coaching contract. Therefore the following information will be given to you prior to commencement of your first coaching session:

Additionally, your initial consultation will include a discussion of what to expect from the coaching sessions, and you will be given the opportunity to ask questions that you have.
To enable your coach (Robyn Frank) to offer the best possible service to you, prior to your first session you will be asked to fill out a client information sheet. It is your responsibility to fill this out accurately, as your coach relies on this to offer appropriate service to you. Your coach (Robyn Frank) disclaims all responsibility for any damages arising out of incorrect information given by yourself to your coach.
Your coach (Robyn Frank) will always be honest regarding her qualifications and level of coaching skills. Robyn Frank will offer to refer you to another professional if she is not qualified to offer the services that you require. No payments are accepted or offered for referrals.
You will be fully informed prior to commencing coaching of the cost and duration of each coaching session. Additionally, you will be informed of the expected number of sessions required to fulfil your coaching goals.
Your coach (Robyn Frank) will inform you when you no longer require coaching services.
All client information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
Client information will only be disclosed to third parties with your written consent or if I am legally required to do so. Copies of your life coaching client records are available on request.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
